Cold plunge lovers are spoilt for choice at the Hackney Wick Sauna Baths. Expect ice cold temperatures of 5-8° Celsius in winter, 10-14° Celsius in summer. Plunge into bathtubs or rustically converted whisky barrels after your red hot sauna!
